Pinky and the Brain are once again plotting world domination, but this time they’re taking their ambitions to an entirely new collection of animated universes. Announced by Kabam, WB All-Star Mayhem is a new idle RPG that brings together more than 100 characters from Warner Bros., DC, Looney Tunes, and Cartoon Network in an unlikely crossover featuring some of television’s most recognizable animated franchises.

Developed by Kabam under license from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, WB All-Star Mayhem puts Brain’s latest scheme into motion after he obtains the Universal Remote, a mysterious device capable of accessing and controlling countless television worlds. With his sights set on conquering the universe, Brain recruits notorious villains from different dimensions, empowering them to rewrite their respective stories. Naturally, this leaves an assortment of familiar heroes and unlikely allies to stop his latest attempt at taking over everything.

The game’s roster will include DC favorites such as Batman, Superman, and the Teen Titans alongside animated icons like Bugs Bunny, Scooby-Doo, Finn and Jake, and many others. More than 100 characters from nine different franchises are planned for launch, including Justice League Unlimited, Adventure Time, Looney Tunes, Teen Titans Go!, Animaniacs, Scooby-Doo, Steven Universe, Samurai Jack, and The Powerpuff Girls.

Kabam is also promising premium 2D animation intended to preserve the distinctive visual styles and personalities of these characters while introducing new abilities designed specifically for the game. Additional characters and worlds are expected to join the crossover as development continues, potentially making the roster even larger over time.

” Our goal was to pay respect to these legendary franchises and bring them together in a cohesive, authentic world that resonates with the fans who grew up watching them,” said Sebastien Goode, Executive Producer of WB All-Star Mayhem. The developer also hopes to capture the humor and personality of the various franchises while giving their characters new combat abilities, describing the project as a love letter to the golden eras of animated television.

Fans won’t have to wait too long to see how this unusual crossover comes together, as WB All-Star Mayhem will begin limited regional testing in November on iOS and Android in select markets.
