SEGA and RGG Studio’s latest take on the legendary 3D fighting series, Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage, has officially joined Xbox Game Pass, giving subscribers another chance to step into the arena and see what the latest version of the classic fighter has to offer.

The game is now available to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass subscribers. Alongside its roster of fighters and competitive modes, World Stage introduces an all-new single-player journey designed to give players a more substantial way to experience the game outside of online competition.

For those looking to test themselves against other players, Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage also features cross-play and rollback netcode, allowing fighters across supported platforms to battle one another. Enhanced training and replay tools are included as well, giving both newcomers and experienced players more ways to practise techniques, study matches, and improve their skills.

There are also some discounts available for players who would rather own the game. The Xbox Series X|S Standard Edition is currently 50% off, while the 30th Anniversary Edition on PS5 is available at 60% off as part of PlayStation’s Tokyo Game Show Sale.

With SEGA having already pulled back the curtain on the upcoming VIRTUA FIGHTER CROSSROADS during Summer Game Fest and EVO Las Vegas, the arrival of Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage on Game Pass gives both longtime fans and newcomers an opportunity to get familiar with the series before its next major chapter arrives.
