SEGA has released Version 4.11 for Persona 5: The Phantom X on mobile and PC, bringing Persona 3 Reload’s Mitsuru Kirijo into the game as a new five-star character. The update also kicks off a special crossover event, Met by Moonlight: Ice-Cold Empress, which brings the Phantom Thieves into a mysterious location resembling Tartarus.
The event takes players into the Dark Hour, the hidden period between one day and the next when Tartarus emerges and Shadows roam its halls. As the Phantom Thieves investigate this strange occurrence, they encounter members of S.E.E.S. from Persona 3 Reload and join forces with them to fight the threats within. Completing the event’s main story rewards players with Meta Jewels and Platinum Milicoins.
The story begins after Riko regains the power of her Persona and senses that the Phantom Thieves have been brought into a world where they should not exist. While searching for their separated companions, the group encounters Shun Kano and Mitsuru Kirijo battling a Shadow that appears to serve as a gatekeeper.
Players can also take on the crossover’s boss battles in Recollections Under Moonlight. Defeating each powerful opponent unlocks the next level, while Stamina Mode allows players to revisit previously cleared stages. Completing these stages in Stamina Mode awards Wheel of Time: Full Moon, which can be exchanged for items in the event shop.
Mitsuru Kirijo is also available through the Most Wanted Phantom Idol Contract: Brilliant Executioner, which runs until November 12, 2026, at 1:59 a.m. UTC. The five-star character uses the Ice attribute and takes on the Assassin role, specializing in powerful single-target debuffs that weaken enemies. She also brings considerable offensive strength, allowing her to serve as a party’s primary attacker, while her ability to enhance Elucidators gives her additional team support capabilities.
Players have a couple of limited-time rewards to claim alongside the new content. The login campaign runs until October 29, 2026, at 1:59 a.m. UTC, granting seven Platinum Tickets to players who log in for seven days during the event. Meanwhile, the official livestream campaign will distribute 600 Meta Jewels to players as a thank-you for watching the broadcast, with the reward available until the same deadline.
Persona 5: The Phantom X is available on mobile and PC, combining social activities and everyday high school life in Tokyo with supernatural adventures in the Metaverse. Players build relationships, develop their Personas, and battle Shadows as they take on the role of a new generation of Phantom Thieves.
