EB Games Canada has unveiled the first look inside its new Nintendo space at its Yonge & Dundas flagship store in Toronto, showing off a dedicated retail environment filled with Nintendo Switch 2 products, themed displays and playable demo systems ahead of its October 17 opening.
The 1,500-square-foot space brings Nintendo’s games, characters and merchandise together under one roof, offering visitors more than a traditional retail display. Among the products available will be a selection of My Mario merchandise, including the Mario & Friends Wood Block set, which is exclusive to the new Nintendo space.
Fans planning to visit on opening day will also have a chance to pick up some extra Nintendo eShop credit with qualifying purchases. Customers who spend $200 or more on Nintendo products will receive a $50 Nintendo eShop gift card, while purchasing a Nintendo Switch 2 system qualifies for two $50 gift cards instead.
These promotions are available on October 17 only at the EB Games Yonge & Dundas location, are not available online and are subject to availability while supplies last.
The new Nintendo space opens at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 17, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. EB Games and Nintendo have also indicated that the experience will continue to evolve alongside future releases, potentially giving visitors new products and displays to discover on return visits.
