City Connection has released a new trailer for Ninja Baseball League-Man: Bases Loaded, revealing a crossover stage featuring the classic Jaleco baseball series Bases Loaded. The upcoming side-scrolling beat ’em up revival is bringing the 1990s arcade experience to modern platforms with new content and features.
The crossover gives players a chance to experience a stage inspired by Bases Loaded, adding another baseball-themed location to a game already built around the sport. The new trailer offers a look at the crossover content alongside the game’s updated visuals and beat ’em up action.
Ninja Baseball League-Man: Bases Loaded is a revival of Irem’s 1993 arcade beat ’em up Ninja Baseball Bat Man. City Connection is bringing the game back with a number of additions designed to expand upon the original release.
Players will be able to control Pink, who previously appeared as a support character in the original game but is now playable for the first time. The game will also feature a new high-difficulty arranged mode with different enemy placements, new enemy combinations, and brand-new stages.
The main game supports up to four-player cooperative play, while a dedicated minigame mode adds additional baseball-themed challenges. These include a Home Run Derby and chaotic car races, giving players more ways to compete for high scores outside of the main beat ’em up campaign.
The revival also features newly arranged background music from composer Yosuke Yasui. Players can switch between the original soundtrack and the new arrangements depending on how they want to experience the game.
Ninja Baseball League-Man: Bases Loaded will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam on December 10, 2026.
With the addition of the Bases Loaded crossover, new playable content, additional modes, four-player co-op, and updated presentation, the revival is shaping up to offer more than a simple return of the arcade classic.
