HARMA is bringing its dark fantasy world of fallen knights, demonic forces, and strategic card battles to Steam Early Access later this month, with the roguelike deckbuilder promising a substantial amount of content right out of the gate. Publisher Astrolabe Games and developer INDIRECT SHINE have announced that the game will launch on November 17, featuring more than 200 hours of content and online cooperative play for up to four players.
Set in a kingdom consumed by betrayal and destruction, HARMA follows Prince Eden Harma as he attempts to uncover the truth behind the kingdom’s downfall and the disappearance of his father. After returning from an expedition, the kingdom’s knights turn against the very people they were sworn to protect, leaving Eden to confront the tragedy and uncover the forces responsible.
HARMA combines retro-inspired dark fantasy aesthetics with roguelike deckbuilding, placing an emphasis on strategic battles shaped by both chance and player decision-making. Combat revolves around three artifacts that determine the strength of cards through randomized activations. Players can spend Focus to force artifact activations, allowing them to manipulate the outcome of battles rather than relying entirely on luck.
The game features two playable characters, more than 300 unique cards and artifacts, and a story campaign spanning four acts. Players will uncover the fate of Eden through battles, branching dialogue, and cinematic cutscenes, while the Dimensional Rift mode offers an endlessly replayable alternative for those looking to focus on combat and build experimentation.
The November 17 Early Access launch will also introduce online cooperative play for up to four players. Astrolabe Games and INDIRECT SHINE plan to support HARMA with ongoing balance adjustments and a steady stream of new content, with a detailed Early Access roadmap set to be revealed on launch day.
HARMA will launch in Early Access for PC via Steam on November 17.
