SNK has brought FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves to Nintendo Switch 2, giving the fighting game a new platform on the same day that Tokyo Revengers characters Manjiro “Mikey” Sano and Ken “Draken” Ryuguji join the roster as the fourth and fifth DLC fighters in Season Pass 3.
The Nintendo Switch 2 version supports TV, handheld and tabletop play, with both Smart Style and Arcade Style available. Smart Style simplifies special moves and combos through straightforward button inputs, while Arcade Style retains the traditional controls for players who prefer more precise execution.
Mikey and Draken arrive with their own Arcade Mode stories and a shared storyline in Episodes of South Town. The Tokyo Manji Gang duo find themselves transported to South Town by the power of the Sacred Scrolls, setting them on a collision course with the King of Fighters tournament as they search for a way home. Their crossover story also sees them team up with familiar Fatal Fury characters to confront Krauser, who is seeking the Scrolls’ power and has kidnapped Rock Howard.
The two fighters also receive free alternate costumes inspired by the Fatal Fury cast. Mikey gets an outfit based on Terry Bogard, while Draken takes inspiration from former assassin Vox Reaper. English voice work is provided by Aleks Le as Mikey and Sean Chiplock as Draken, with Yu Hayashi and Katsuya Fukunishi voicing the characters in Japanese, respectively.
Alongside the new fighters, classic costumes for Mai Shiranui and Terry Bogard are now available. Each costume costs $2.99 USD or €2.99, with Terry’s classic look available across all platforms. Mai’s traditional kunoichi outfit is also available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Steam and the Epic Games Store. On Switch 2, the costume is included as a digital preorder bonus and a physical edition early purchase bonus, with paid DLC availability scheduled for January 21, 2027.
Nintendo Switch 2 players can purchase the digital Standard Edition for $19.99 USD or €19.99, while the $29.99 USD or €29.99 Starter Edition includes the base game and all three Season Passes, including Mikey and Draken. A physical Starter Edition is scheduled to arrive on January 21, 2027, with preorders opening soon at participating retailers.
On other platforms, Season Pass 3, which includes Mikey and Draken, costs $19.99 USD or €19.99. Players can also purchase the Revenge Edition, which bundles the base game with Season Passes 1, 2 and 3, for $49.99 USD or €49.99.
With its Nintendo Switch 2 debut and the arrival of two Tokyo Revengers fan favourites, FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves is expanding its reach while adding another anime crossover to its growing roster.
