Dumpster Gang is bringing its mischievous raccoons to consoles next year, with publisher Curve Games and developer Coyote House Games confirming that the chaotic cooperative sandbox game will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 in March 2027.
Players won’t have to wait quite as long to get their paws on the game, however, as Dumpster Gang is scheduled to launch on PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store on December 3, 2026. The PC version will also be available through Game Pass, with the console announcement accompanied by a new trailer showcasing the game’s raccoon-fueled antics.
Dumpster Gang lets players take control of a group of mischievous raccoons as they scavenge for junk, raid snack supplies, and cause as much trouble as possible. Supporting solo play and cooperative multiplayer for up to four players, the game tasks its furry thieves with completing ridiculous missions while avoiding a relentless Exterminator determined to put an end to their criminal activities.
The game’s sandbox environments offer plenty of opportunities for mischief, allowing raccoons to climb walls, crawl through vents, and pick up, throw, steal, or smash a variety of objects. Players will also need to work together to haul valuable loot, solve puzzles, and rescue captured teammates, though the unpredictable nature of the game’s world means even the best-laid plans can quickly fall apart.
Those who manage to escape with their stolen treasures can return to their hideout to customize their raccoon, unlock hats with unique abilities, and decorate their home with the ridiculous items they’ve collected along the way.
With its combination of cooperative chaos, sandbox exploration, and mischievous raccoon antics, Dumpster Gang is shaping up to be another multiplayer option for players looking to cause trouble with friends when it arrives on consoles in March 2027.
