Publisher Ziggurat Interactive and developer Empty Clip Studios have re-revealed Cosmi: Forbidden Forest & Beyond, a collection bringing a selection of classic games to modern platforms.
Originally announced in March 2025 under the title Cosmi: Forbidden Forests, the collection will launch for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and GOG. A release date has not yet been announced.
The collection is headlined by Forbidden Forest, which will be presented alongside a medieval-styled remake of the original game. The package is also set to include digital comic book stories, original box art, and additional bonus material offering a look behind the scenes.
Joining Forbidden Forest and Beyond the Forbidden Forest will be a selection of additional classic Cosmi titles, giving the collection a much broader lineup than its name might initially suggest.

Ziggurat Interactive describes Forbidden Forest as an action-focused experience featuring a medieval setting, with the remake designed to give players a modern take on the classic title.
The collection will also allow fans to explore the history behind the games through its digital comic book stories, box art, and other bonus materials.
Cosmi: Forbidden Forest & Beyond is currently in development for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and GOG. A release date has yet to be announced.
