blink-182 and PAC-MAN have joined forces for a collaboration that brings together one of punk rock’s biggest bands and one of gaming’s most recognizable characters, with a free new web game, a special animated episode, and a new line of limited-edition merchandise now available.

The collaboration arrives alongside the 25th anniversary of blink-182’s landmark album Take Off Your Pants and Jacket, giving fans a chance to celebrate the band’s history while getting a decidedly PAC-MAN-flavoured twist on one of the most recognizable arcade games ever made.

The centerpiece of the collaboration is the free blink-182 x PAC-MAN Web Game, which reimagines the original arcade classic as a browser-based experience. Players can navigate PAC-MAN through the familiar blue maze, collect PAC-Dots and Power Pellets, and avoid or chase Team Ghost, but the maze has been filled with blink-182-themed touches, including the band’s iconic van and other bonus items inspired by the group.

The soundtrack is where the collaboration gets even more interesting. Players can listen to blink-182 tracks while playing, with the game allowing music to be played directly through popular music apps. The result is essentially classic PAC-MAN with a blink-182 soundtrack and a collection of Easter eggs aimed at longtime fans.

The game is available to play for free by visiting the “PAC-MAN” tab at 2001.blink182.com.

The collaboration also extends to PAC-MAN: Snack Breaks, Bandai Namco’s animated YouTube Shorts series produced in partnership with animation studio Cartuna. The series follows PAC-MAN as he leaves PAC-Village behind for the neon-filled streets of NEW PAC-CITY, where his everyday adventures become considerably more chaotic.

A new blink-182-themed episode is now available, following the first look at the crossover shown at San Diego Comic-Con and a teaser released earlier this month. The episode features Tom DeLonge, Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker-inspired artwork as part of the collaboration.

The collaboration is also bringing more blink-182 x PAC-MAN merchandise to the band’s official online store. Following the initial merchandise line introduced during San Diego Comic-Con, the new collection includes several pieces combining imagery from both brands, including the blink-182 version of the PAC-MAN x 7-Eleven T-shirt famously worn by Mark Hoppus during Coachella in 2023.

The limited-edition merchandise is available through the official blink-182 online store.

For PAC-MAN, the collaboration adds another unexpected crossover to a franchise that has spent more than four decades becoming a fixture of popular culture. For blink-182, it offers another way to celebrate the band’s legacy around the 25th anniversary of Take Off Your Pants and Jacket, this time by sending the trio into the world of one of gaming’s most recognizable characters.
