Nintendo has released a new demo for Rhythm Heaven Grove, dubbed the “Starter Demo.”It  is available now via the Nintendo eShop.

The demo allows players to try out rhythm games like the single-player “Hoop Trundling” and the multiplayer “Rhythm Tweezers.”

Rhythm Heaven Groove is dancing its way onto Nintendo Switch on July 2nd, 2026, but it turns out we don’t have to wait that long to enjoy the game. Nintendo has just released the Rhythm Heaven Groove: Starter Demo on the Switch eShop, and it includes the single player game Hoop Trundling and multiplayer experience Rhythm Tweezers.

Time your button presses to the beat across a splashy collection of games that will challenge your rhythm. Chop flying veggies, bounce fruit off your biceps, flap along with birds in flight, and more—all to the beat of the bop! Feast your ears on catchy original music while you focus, including tracks by renowned Japanese musician Tsunku♂.

No matter how strange the situation, the rules are always the same: just press buttons in time with the beat! Hop through hoops, catch flying vegetables, swing sledgehammers, and much more – perform surprising feats with the music as your guide!
