Much like we reported with Skies of Arcade, gamers have a chance to bring classic games to PC, this time several games from the Castlevania series.
GOG.com has a feature to allow gamers to vote on what classic games the site will seek out to bring to the store and add as part of the GOG Preservation Program, and multiple entries have been added. Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, which at this time has received 11523 votes, Castlevania: Curse of Darkness, which has 1115 votes, Castlevania: Lament of Innocence, which has 974 votes, among many others. such as Castlevania The Adventure Rebirth, Castevania 64 and Legacy of Darkness, and Castlevania Chornicles to name a few. The Dreamlist program is not a guarantee, but GOG has committed to trying to bring games to its store that receive enough votes. As such, if enough people vote then we may yet see GOG take action to bring the games to the store.
