City Connection has announced the next Saturn Tribute game will be Steam-Heart’s & Advanced Variable Geo Saturn Tribute, and will release on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC on May 29 in Japan. The PlayStation 5 and Switch versions will be available both physically and digitally, but the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC versions will be available only in a digital form. In addition, the standard physical and digital editions will be priced at 4,950 yen, while the limited edition will be priced at 8,800 yen, with the latter including a special box, bonus booklet, and soundtrack CD.
This is a collection including Steam-Heart’s, a classic science-fiction shoot ’em up game known for its cute visuals, and Advanced Variable Geo, a fighting game also popular in the worlds of anime and comics. In addition to adjustments typical of Saturn Tribute ports, the collection also features a variety of options, such as “Save & Load” and “Rewind” functions, to support both long-time fans and new players alike.
