Hamster Corporation and Success has announced the newest installment of the Sonic Wings (Aero Fighters) series of shoot em ups called “Sonic Wings Reunion” will be available in Japan on May 29, 2025 for arcade, Steam (PC), Nintendo Switch, and PS5. This will be the first time we had a new Sonic Wings game since 1998’s Sonic Wings Assault (Aero Fighters Assault) for N64. If you are unfamiliar with Sonic Wings think Raiden but with a zany cast of international pilots each with unique jets with different weapons and enemies range from generic earth military vehicles to weird alien monsters. As a shooter fan I’m definitely looking forward to more info about this game.

From Success:
