HAMSTER has announced that this week’s Arcade Archives game will be Sonic Wings, AKA Aero Fighters.
What is notable about this release is that the 2nd and 3rd games in the series are already part of ACA Neo Geo, but those are vertizontal whereas this game is a true tate vertical shmup
Sonic Wings is a shooting game released in 1992 by Video Systems. The player must board a fighter jet and confront a major city in a world where the major cities of each country have been occupied by someone.
Arcade Archives Sonic Wings/Aero Fighters will release for PS4 and Switch on December 14th.
