Nova Roma is developed by Lion Shield, known for best-selling Kingdoms and Castles, and its new project builds on solid foundations to offer a compelling experience for fans and newcomers. All new mechanics will challenge players’ city-building skills to the max; they’ll need to adapt as heavy rains cause floods and devastation, as well as sate the needs of the citizens with fine foods, entertainment, and laws. As players toil away and enjoy the fruits of their labor, know that the gods of the Roman pantheon are watching – if they’re not appeased, punishment will rain down upon the land.
