SEGA has released Version 4.12 of Persona 5: The Phantom X, bringing another Persona 3 crossover to the free-to-play RPG. The latest update introduces Fuuka Yamagishi from Persona 3 Reload as a new 5-star character, alongside the special event Met by Moonlight: Guiding Light, which takes players back to the mysterious tower of Tartarus.

The Persona 3 Reload crossover continues the story of Wonder and his fellow Phantom Thieves as they explore the Dark Hour, a hidden period between one day and the next when Tartarus emerges and becomes infested with Shadows. Following their rescue of Shun Kano, the group receives a broken transmission from one of Makoto Yuki’s teammates, prompting them to venture deeper into the tower in search of the missing members of S.E.E.S.

Their search eventually leads them back to Iwatodai Strip Mall, where they encounter Junpei Iori attempting to communicate with residents who have become unresponsive. Fuuka Yamagishi also reunites with the group, although the search for their missing companions is far from over. The update introduces additional story content for the crossover, including a new side story centered on Fuuka.

Iwatodai Strip Mall is also being added as a new location for players to explore, bringing additional City Life activities to Persona 5: The Phantom X. Players can visit Hagakure Ramen and Wakatsu Kitchen, while new missions tied to the area offer Meta Jewels and character training materials as rewards.

Fuuka Yamagishi is the latest Persona 3 character to join the growing roster of Phantom Thieves, arriving as a 5-star Elucidator who specializes in supporting her allies. Her unique Oracle Shift ability allows her to summon different allies into battle, opening up a variety of strategies depending on which character is brought into the fight. Players can use her abilities to increase damage, strengthen their party, or provide healing, while Fuuka herself offers additional buffs and recovery options to help keep the team going.

Fuuka is available through the Most Wanted Phantom Idol Contract: All-Seeing Eye, which features increased rates for certain characters. The limited-time character banner runs until November 26, 2026, at 1:59 AM UTC.

SEGA is also offering several limited-time rewards to celebrate the update. Players who log in for seven days during the event can receive a total of seven Platinum Milicoins, which can be used for Arms Deals. The login bonus is available until November 12, 2026, at 1:59 AM UTC.

Additionally, players can receive 600 Meta Jewels as a gift celebrating the latest official broadcast. The reward is available until October 29, 2026, at 1:59 AM UTC.

Persona 5: The Phantom X is available on PC through Steam, as well as iOS and Android devices. Version 4.12 is now live, with the Persona 3 Reload crossover offering another opportunity for fans to reunite with familiar characters while exploring a new chapter in the Phantom Thieves’ ongoing adventure.
