Nintendo Switch Firmware Update Version 19.0.1 Out Now

After reports of issues following the rollout of Switch Firmware Update 19.0.0, Nintendo has now released a new update to fix the issues.

Notably the updated fixes bugs regarding GameCube controller compatibility as well as downloading software in sleep mode, the issues that were found after the version 19.0.0 update.

Switch update version 19.0.1 patch notes

• Fixed an issue where the Nintendo GameCube Controller Connection Tap and Nintendo GameCube Controller were not recognized when using the Nintendo GameCube Controller Connection Tap.
• Fixed an issue where communication processes such as software downloads were not performed properly during sleep.
