A new filing has revealed that Nintendo has gained ownership of the Ryujinx emulator
While no details have been revealed, there is a possibility Nintendo simply purchased ownership of the emulator from the owners. This would be a different tactic for Nintendo, but it remains to be seen what they will do going forward.
