When I was a kid growing up in Canada, I went to various summer camps and they were okay, but I always wanted more out of them and now younger generations are getting more options in terms of summer camp. Some camps are good for teaching kids new skills in creative ways and Nintendo of Canada is helping to do its part.

Nintendo of Canada has collaborated with Code Ninjas on an exclusive summer camp where kids can utilize the fun of the Nintendo Switch system to learn basic coding concepts in a 5-day camp and design their very own levels in the Super Mario Maker 2 game. This is a great opportunity for many kids to learn valuable skills that can help them in the fast changing world even if they do not go into game design when they are older.

The camps have locations all across BC, AB and ON. To learn more about the camp and sign up, parents can check out this link.

Will your young ones be attending?
