Former Nintendo artist Takaya Imamura is about to release his first game since leaving Nintendo, OMEGA 6: The Triangle Stars, based on his Manga series. Imamura has also been reflecting on his time at Nintendo and the games he worked on for the company.
On social media, Imamura looked back on two titles that Nintendo released while he was still working at the company, namely Star Fox: Assault and Steel Diver: Sub Wars, both of which are celebrating anniversaries on February 14th. In a piece of custom art shared by Imamura online, he shared his hopes for both of those titles to make their way to Switch 2.
A port of Star Fox: Assault would be not be a major issues, but Steel Diver: Sub Wars used a dual screen presentation, which may be an issue. Still, there is always the possibility Nintendo will bring those games to its upcoming system, so we will have to wait and see.
