Bandai Namco and FromSoftware have announced that Elden Ring Tarnished Edition will release n August 28 for Nintendo Switch 2, with the new content also being available for purchase on existing platforms in the form of the Tarnished Pack.
Beginning on August 28 this year, the Lands Between and the Realm of Shadow come to life on the Nintendo Switch™2 in ELDEN RING™ Tarnished Edition. The open world action RPG from FromSoftware Inc. and Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. drops players in a vast, dark fantasy world as imagined by Hidetaka Miyazaki, creator of the DARK SOULS® video game series, and George R.R. Martin, author of The New York Times’ best-selling fantasy series, “A Song of Ice and Fire.” ELDEN RING Tarnished Edition will include the acclaimed expansion Shadow of the Erdtree, featuring an epic new adventure expanding on the story of the original. The title also features brand new content including two new Starting Classes for players to choose along with new character armor and the ability to customize Torrent, players’ faithful Spectral Steed. ELDEN RING Tarnished Edition is coming August 28 to Nintendo Switch 2, and the new content will also be available to purchase for PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, XBOX One, XBOX Series X|S, and PC via Steam®.
