Digital Eclipse recently released The Making Of Karateka, an interactive documentary about the game along with a collection of games to play, the first in Digital Eclipse’s new Gold Master Series and the reception was positive.
Many have wondered what the next project Digital Eclipse will work on as part of this series will be, and a new tease today seems to have given an answer.
Digital Eclipse posted a tweet of an image of a Dragon and Sword in what seems to be a reference to the art from the Wizardry series.
The Wizardry series is an acclaimed series of Dungeon Crawler RPGs that originated on home computers, and while the series ended in the west, it has continued in Japan where it found extreme popularity.
It remains to be seen when Digital Eclipse will reveal the project, but given the franchise’s popularity in Japan and that Tokyo Game Show is starting soon, we may not need to wait for too long.
