SEGA is taking Crazy Taxi: World Tour to Brazil, bringing the franchise’s signature high-speed driving to another international destination. Revealed during the Brasil Game Show 2026 press conference, the new map was introduced in a trailer presented by original Crazy Taxi creator and Crazy Taxi: World Tour producer Kenji Kanno.
Brazil is the fourth of five locations planned for the upcoming game’s single-player World Tour campaign. Players can expect a mix of bustling city streets, eclectic urban scenery, beautiful beaches, and dramatic coastlines as they race to their destinations. The map will also feature recognizable Brazilian businesses, including Habib’s, Fogo de Chão, and Fast Shop, continuing the series’ tradition of incorporating real-world retailers into its fictional environments.
“The striking contrast between Brazil’s dense, eclectic streetscapes and modern city life heavily inspired our team,” said Kanno. “Alongside the bright, vibrant beaches and dramatic natural scenery, we hope players can immerse themselves in the beauty and excitement of Brazil.”
Crazy Taxi: World Tour is scheduled to launch in 2027 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Steam, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2. The game will also support Xbox Play Anywhere, allowing players to access their game across supported Xbox consoles and Windows PC with a single purchase. Wishlists are currently available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Steam, and PlayStation 5.
