Outright Games has announced that its Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem game announced back in September 2023 is officially titled Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed and will launch for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Switch, and PC in late 2024 and is being developed by Heart & Slash studio aheartfulofgames.
The game is a 3D brawler and platformer set after the events of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem movie and features an original storyline that sees a new wave of mutants invading New York City. The game aims to have the same brand of humour as the movie and will have all four Turtles playable as players fight through the sewers and streets of New York City, in an immersive environment both above and below ground. In addition, two-player local cooperative play is also available.
