FURYU is giving Steam players two very different reasons to dive into its upcoming games during Steam Next Fest, with new demos available for survival horror shooter ANOMALITH and Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland-inspired roguelike CRYMELIGHT. Both demos can be played until October 26, giving players a chance to experience the games ahead of their respective launches on October 27 and November 4.
The two titles have already attracted considerable interest, surpassing 200,000 wishlists combined following their appearances at Tokyo Game Show. ANOMALITH has passed 100,000 wishlists, while CRYMELIGHT has exceeded 77,000. FURYU is celebrating the milestone with special videos for both games, including a congratulatory message featuring ANOMALITH characters Reona Minazuki and Arisa Hanato. The publisher is also hosting a key giveaway through its Discord server.
The celebrations extend to several confirmed Steam collaborations. ANOMALITH will cross paths with cyberpunk immersive sim Peripeteia, while CRYMELIGHT is set to feature collaborations with Garden of Witches, Magical Princess, and Eternal Palace Sakura. Further details about these partnerships will be announced at a later date.
ANOMALITH takes players into a world where mysterious spatial anomalies known as Otherworlds have begun appearing without warning. As investigator Reona Minazuki, who awakens after a decade-long slumber inside an anomaly known as the Sarcophagus, players must investigate these increasingly dangerous zones while searching for a missing friend and uncovering the truth behind Reona’s unusual abilities.
Drawing inspiration from survival horror staples and the unsettling environments associated with the Backrooms phenomenon, ANOMALITH combines tense combat with resource management and reality-defying locations. Players will encounter everything from apartment complexes with inverted gravity to seemingly endless shopping streets and corridors that twist into unnatural shapes. Between expeditions, Reona can return to base to investigate the anomalies, develop relationships with other characters, and prepare for future encounters.
Combat also features 12 unique powers that can dramatically change how players approach encounters, alongside customizable weapons and outfits with different stat-altering effects.
ANOMALITH launches October 27 for PlayStation 5, PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch 2 for $49.99. PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 pre-orders receive a 10% discount until launch, while the Steam version will be discounted by 10% for its first two weeks. PlayStation 5 pre-orders also include the Lost Property Control Organization bonus, featuring 48-hour early access, an exclusive mission, an outfit, and additional content. A $69.99 Digital Deluxe Edition will include the game, an 80-page digital art book, a selection of music tracks, and the Anomaly Zone Countermeasures Office DLC set.
Meanwhile, CRYMELIGHT takes a considerably different approach, transporting players into a dark fantasy world inspired by Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Playing as Alice, a young girl who awakens without memories of her true identity, players must venture beyond the Tea Party Hall and participate in a deadly game shaped by madness. Her journey involves confronting the sins of her past while encountering twisted interpretations of familiar Wonderland characters, including the White Rabbit, Cheshire, Mary, and Mad.
CRYMELIGHT features action-oriented roguelike combat supported by a card-based skill system, with its Poker System dealing five random skill cards to create different tactical possibilities during each encounter. Players can also use the Wonder Dimension, a field of energy that boosts their power and speed, to gain an advantage in battle. Defeated enemies yield their sins, adding another layer to Alice’s journey through this unsettling interpretation of Wonderland.
CRYMELIGHT launches November 4 for PlayStation 5, PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch 2 for $19.99. Its $39.99 Deluxe Edition includes the base game, a six-item weapon accessory DLC set, a digital soundtrack, a Japanese-language voice drama, and a digital art book. PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 pre-orders receive a 10% discount and a platform-specific bonus item, while Steam players can purchase the game at a 10% discount through launch week.
With both demos available through October 26, players can sample FURYU’s surreal survival horror and twisted Wonderland action before either game makes its full debut.
