Square Enix has officially announced DRAGON QUEST XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition will be getting a Nintendo Switch 2 edition on September 24, 2026. Dragon Quest 11 S for Nintendo Switch 2 will largely be the same RPG, but now Square Enix is including resolution and performance modes to improve visual quality and frame rate.
