During Brasil Game Show 2024 this week, Arc System Works America, Inc. shared a first look at Willy, an enemy boss character coming to Double Dragon Revive, the upcoming new title in the hit fighting video game series. The game launches on PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam in 2025.
Double Dragon Revive will bring familiar boss characters from earlier games in the series, including new and exciting looks. As the cruel leader of the Shadow Warriors who rule the city, Willy returns as a boss character, once again standing in the player’s way with a whole new look and wielding his machine gun to perform action-packed moves!
As the latest game in the iconic series, players will experience modern belt-scroll action and exhilarating gameplay in Double Dragon Revive. Both longtime fans and newcomers to the series will once again be able to enjoy the action-packed thrills of Billy and Jimmy Lee as they face off with a variety of powerful foes from their past! The new title features the same intuitive gameplay fans expect with refined controls that leverage the advanced power and technical capabilities of today’s platforms. Throughout Double Dragon Revive’s updated stages, players will find themselves adapting their combat skills and picking up scattered weapons in the midst of battle, creating new opportunities to gain the upperhand.
