Red Dunes Games has announced that it will will globally publish and co-develop Kohachi Studio‘s run-and-gun shooter Black Finger JET.
Kohachi Studio CEO Shinano Ishiguro in a press release stated: “Red Dunes Games has proven to be an ideal partner, sharing and believing in the vision we have for our projects. With their backing, we are committed to delivering innovative and captivating games to our audience. This partnership allows us to bring our vision to life and reach a wider audience of gamers.”
For those unfamiliar with the game, it is a spiritual sequel to classics like Metal Slug and is being developed by many developers who formerly worked on that series.
Black Finger JET is a run-and-gun shooter featuring the classic eight-way aiming mechanics reminiscent of arcade favorites. This anime-style side-scroller offers players a variety of guns to use, including handguns, machine guns, and shotguns and introduces a unique vehicle called the JET Car. This versatile vehicle is not just a mode of transportation, but a game-changer. Transform it into an airplane for aerial combat and a submarine for underwater battles, providing diverse gameplay experiences that won’t be found in any other game.
